Return & Refund Policy

At JONKEZ CO, all products are produced individually on demand through our fulfillment partners. This means every item is made specifically after an order has been placed.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.


1. Right of Withdrawal & Made-to-Order Products

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods.

Because JONKEZ CO products are produced individually after purchase through print-on-demand manufacturing, returns and cancellations are limited once production has started.

For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • incorrect size selection,
  • change of mind,
  • buyer’s remorse,
  • incorrect color choice,
  • or other customer-initiated reasons not related to defects or delivery errors.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • sizing information,
  • product descriptions,
  • shipping details,
  • and order information before completing a purchase.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order:

  • arrives damaged,
  • contains a manufacturing defect,
  • contains a printing defect,
  • or you received the wrong item,

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To process a claim, please provide:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue,
  • and clear photos of:
    • the product,
    • the packaging,
    • and the shipping label.

If the claim is approved, JONKEZ CO may, at its discretion:

  • replace the item,
  • issue a partial refund,
  • or issue a full refund.

Customers will not normally be required to return defective items.


3. Return Shipping Costs

For customer-initiated returns where a return is exceptionally approved:

  • the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs,
  • including any customs charges, import fees, handling fees, or carrier costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For approved claims involving:

  • defective products,
  • damaged items,
  • or fulfillment errors,

JONKEZ CO will cover replacement or refund costs at no additional charge to the customer.


4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all products enter production shortly after purchase, orders may only be changed or canceled within a limited time window after checkout.

Once production has started, cancellations or modifications are no longer guaranteed.


5. Shipping & Delivery

All delivery times shown on our website are estimates only.

Production and shipping times may vary depending on:

  • product type,
  • destination country,
  • carrier delays,
  • customs processing,
  • seasonal demand,
  • and fulfillment partner capacity.

JONKEZ CO is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers,
  • customs authorities,
  • weather,
  • labor disruptions,
  • or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to:

  • incorrect address information,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • refusal to accept delivery,
  • or unclaimed packages,

JONKEZ CO reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees before reshipping an order.


7. Unclaimed Packages

Packages not collected within the carrier’s holding period are not considered valid returns.

If a package is returned due to being unclaimed, JONKEZ CO reserves the right to deduct:

  • return shipping fees,
  • handling costs,
  • payment processing fees,
  • and any other incurred expenses

from any applicable refund.


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

  • payment provider,
  • bank,
  • card issuer,
  • or financial institution.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JONKEZ CO shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages,
  • delays outside our control,
  • loss caused by carrier issues,
  • customs delays,
  • or customer-provided incorrect information.

Nothing in this policy limits rights granted under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
